Who we are. The Good Toast is a wedding speech coaching service based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Privacy questions go to hello@thegoodtoast.com.
What we collect. When you request a fit call, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, wedding date, role, venue, guest count, comfort level, priorities, your note, and how you heard about us. If you become a client, we also collect what the program requires: intake answers, story call recordings and transcripts, and rehearsal videos you submit.
Why we collect it. To review your request, prepare for and run your coaching engagement, and pay referral thanks to the vendor who sent you. That's it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your engagement.
Where it lives. Form submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and our email. The website is served by Cloudflare. Client materials like recordings and rehearsal videos are stored privately and are never published without your written approval of each specific clip, per your agreement.
The DIY Toast Kit. If you buy the kit, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. We store your email, your wedding date, your intake answers, and the drafts the tool generates for you, because that's what makes the tool work and lets us restore your access if you lose your code. Kit data follows the same retention and deletion rules as everything else on this page.
Tracking. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. If we add basic analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it. Fit call requests that don't become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client materials are kept for the length of the engagement plus 18 months (matching the session credit window in the client agreement), unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices. Email hello@thegoodtoast.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, except records we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Changes. If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
